Event Terms & Conditions
Terms and Conditions – THE STAMINA COLLECTIVE
By purchasing a ticket to The Stamina Collective event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Ticket Policy

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind, can no longer attend, or purchase the wrong ticket type.

Please ensure you select the correct ticket at the time of purchase.
2. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement, refund, or reschedule in the event of:

Event cancellation.

Major change to the event date, time, or venue.

Failure to deliver the event as advertised.

3. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

If the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser, we will notify you via the contact information provided at the time of booking.

In such cases, we may offer a refund, credit, or transfer to a new date, in accordance with ACL requirements.
4. Ticket Transfers

Tickets are transferable unless otherwise specified.

The resale of tickets at a price above the original purchase price may be prohibited under relevant legislation.
5. Entry and Conduct

You must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) for entry.

The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove attendees for inappropriate behaviour, breach of terms, or health/safety concerns.
6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the organiser is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event, except as required under the ACL.
7. Photography & Recording

The event may be recorded or photographed for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to your image being used unless you notify the organiser in writing prior to the event.
