Terms and Conditions – THE STAMINA COLLECTIVE

By purchasing a ticket to The Stamina Collective event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticket Policy

  • All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind, can no longer attend, or purchase the wrong ticket type.

  • Please ensure you select the correct ticket at the time of purchase.

2. Australian Consumer Law

  • Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • You are entitled to a replacement, refund, or reschedule in the event of:

    • Event cancellation.

    • Major change to the event date, time, or venue.

    • Failure to deliver the event as advertised.

3. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

  • If the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser, we will notify you via the contact information provided at the time of booking.

  • In such cases, we may offer a refund, credit, or transfer to a new date, in accordance with ACL requirements.

4. Ticket Transfers

  • Tickets are transferable unless otherwise specified.

  • The resale of tickets at a price above the original purchase price may be prohibited under relevant legislation.

5. Entry and Conduct

  • You must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) for entry.

  • The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove attendees for inappropriate behaviour, breach of terms, or health/safety concerns.

6. Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the organiser is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event, except as required under the ACL.

7. Photography & Recording

  • The event may be recorded or photographed for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to your image being used unless you notify the organiser in writing prior to the event.
