A physiotherapist specialising in MSK, sports, and women’s health, Eimear combines her expertise with her passion for movement to help people feel and function at their best. Teaching both Reformer and Mat Pilates, she uses a blend of physio and Pilates techniques to build strength, improve mobility, and get everyone moving with confidence. This session will focus on controlled, dynamic movements to leave you feeling strong, stretched, and refreshed.
Build & Sweat – Strength & Conditioning with Keira Elliott
Strength training is for everyone, and Keira is here to prove it! A Masters-qualified Strength & Conditioning Coach, Keira has worked with sports teams, athletes, and everyday gym-goers to help them build muscle, gain confidence, and improve performance. This session will introduce you to essential movement patterns, develop strength, and finish with a fun, challenging cardio block. Whether you’re new to strength training or looking to refine your technique, Keira’s expert guidance will have you feeling stronger and more empowered.
